Founded by Jason Finn in Fort Wayne, IN. The initial services offered were Contact Vacuuming, Floor Cleaning, Janitorial, Power Washing, and Structural Painting.

Virus Sanitation became a dominant service during the COVID-19 pandemic and Dry Ice Blasting was just getting off its feet.

Bramble & Cattail Control, Floor Painting, Metal Collection & Scrap Maintenance, and Window Washing divisions were launched.

Services expanded across the country, including Arkansas, Iowa, Nevada, and Tennessee.

Industrial 1 Cleaning released its new branding and website. Daily services started in Columbus, Mississippi.
